Zachary Moore1**Horrible Service Department** - Unhonored Appointments - Broken Processes - Zero Communication I brought my vehicle in on a Friday at 8:00AM for an 8:30AM appointment to have two factory recalls addressed. I had scheduled an appointment three weeks prior to ensure all necessary parts were available so that I would have my vehicle returned in a very timely manner. I was informed by my service advisor, Jaylond, that my vehicle repairs would take a few hours and I would receive a phone call when it was completed and ready for pick-up. I never heard anything regarding my vehicle on Friday as promised so I called the service department to inquire regarding its status early Saturday morning. After getting routed through a couple of departments I was informed Jaylond was not working that Saturday and the individual I spoke to was unable to provide me an update on the status of my Jeep. The individual took down my name and number and promised me one of the two service advisors working that Saturday would get back to me shortly regarding the status of my vehicle. Once again, no one ever called me on Saturday as promised. Extremely frustrated, I called back on Monday morning (as the service department is closed on Sunday) to be informed my vehicle was “in the back” now (appointment was scheduled for three days earlier) and would be ready in the afternoon. I asked to be called when the work was completed and was promised I’d receive a call back. Once again, I was lied to as I was never called. I had to call back late that afternoon to find out my car was ready for pick-up. As icing on the cake when I finally did arrive to pick up my car I was sent on a wild goose chase around the lot to find the car (while it is raining). I highly advise against doing any business with this dealership. If they weren’t located in a prime spot they would be out of business as they have poor process and employees.

Stephanie & Justin McDonald1The only reason they are getting one star is it won’t let me give them zero stars!!!! I will never buy from this place again!!! I have had issues with my car since I bought it. When I took it to the service shop they can never find anything worn with it when I had my bumper to bumper. Now that is out of bumper to bumper they find the issue and it left is to me to fix!! My transmission has been acting up since I got it as well. They have fixed it once and now it’s messed up again! I dropped it off on Monday morning, told me I would hear from them on Tuesday. Well on Tuesday they called said nothing was wrong with it! I told them they were full of because I was the daily driver of the car and they need to figure it out! Well they asked me if I would agree to let a tech drive it home and to school to see if he could pin point it and I would know something by Friday. Well here it is Friday the Tech didn’t come into work and wouldn’t have my car back to the shop till 4:30/5. They called the tech he clearly stated that he can fill the issue with the transmission that I was talking about; but sine it’s Friday they didn’t do that type of work on Saturday and Monday is a holiday so it would be Tuesday before they could look at it again! Now keep it mind it now 5 days with no car for me and they will not provide me with a rental till they pinpoint the issue. So I’m will go 9 plus day with no car before they will even try to get me in something!!!!! Please do not buy from them or take your car to have any service done with landmark!!!!! Now they are acting like I’m the bad person for going off on them!! What ever happened to customers come first and our customers are our number one priority????

Nina midgette1This is the worst dealership I’ve every dealt with!!! They don’t care about their customers at all!! You call over 10 times and they play games saying they will call you back and never do! I had to go up to the dealership the following day only for the manager Brian to be rude and nasty!!! I will never ever go back ! I purchased my car and get my car serviced here...I’m done! Your management needs customer service training! I will tell your customers one thing don’t leave anything in your trunk or car! I wish I could have giving a 0 stars! 12/18 I emailed you 3 days ago Tim and you haven’t responded back as of yet. As I stated in my review their customers aren’t their concern. Once you purchase a vehicle no more customer service I guess!

Deanna Pippen2I liked Landmark previously because they were convenient and I could trust their service on my 2014 Grand Cherokee. But lately getting a simple oil change takes 3 hrs. I know they are busy but why so long for simple procedures. Surely they have enough business to pay for adequate staffing. I dread having to come to them lately because of the poor service. If this doesn't improve on the next visit, I'll be forced to take my business elsewhere.
