  Looking for the lender started off as a struggle.Being referred to Ms.Shiba she was able to get me the best loan with that best rates.Being a first time homebuyer in this current market is tough.   If you’re looking for superb services look no further. Shiba is the best in the business hands down. I have worked with others lenders and have never seen anyone who goes hard as Shiba. I’m a realtor who is fairly new to the business coming from the customer service industry I take pride in making sure my clients get that top notch customer service and that’s what Shiba does. She may have 100 other customers file in front of her, but she makes you feel like your customers are the only ones she’s working on. She’s very knowledgeable, detailed, responsive, and did I mention fast(OMG!! she will have you a CTC in no time flat, she’s a Beast!!!) I definitely give HIP Mortgage Company 5 Stars.

  I LOVE everything about HIP mortgage. Shiba, was very professional & honest with me about everything. They responded to every call, text & email that I sent. Being a 1st time homebuyer, I didn’t understand the process, but Shiba explained everything, line for line, to me and reassured me that everything was gonna be okay.   LaWanda is absolutely fantastic. Navigating this crazy market can be overwhelming and very intimidating. LaWanda broke things down in a way that is easy to understand and consultative.   I am beyond appreciative of Shiba Robinson! Her 5- star service is demonstrated through her professionalism, honesty, knowledge, and responsiveness amongst other things. Her knowledge of the industry was impressive and truly appreciated. In the past, I have had experience with other mortgage brokers and have found the process frustrating, daunting, and tedious. Shiba went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and everything was handled thoroughly and efficiently. Despite finalizing the launch of her own brokerage at the same time of my home buying process, Shiba was able to get my clear to close on a home over $400k in 9 days! And the only reason it took 9 days was because the appraisal was held up! I'm still in awe! I have and will continue to recommend Shiba in the future.
