  I very rarely post reviews, but I will make an exception in this case. Some how Melinda managed to remove the pain from a very painful process. She provided clear expectations, communicated requirements in a timely manner, met deadlines and was very easy to deal with. And, by the way, the rate was terrific. If you are looking for a mortgage, look no further.
