Do not use this bank unless you want to be extremely anxious and upset/frustrated. I cannot even explain how difficult this is for a 19year old but its been over a week and have not gotten any answers from regions bank on my dispute that I filed regarding a fraudulent check that I didnt know was a fraud. extremely frustrating and making me regret choosing regions to bank with.

This branch saves Regions for me. The others are not very accommodating. This branch location and it’s staff are the shining stars! The staff at this branch ‘gets’ what customer service is about and are super friendly. They have the ability to think through a situation and use common sense, logic, and knowledge to make a decision.
