  I've heard the advertisements for years on WBAL and with interest rates at there lowest I'd figure why not give it a shot. I reached out and spoke to Alan directly. He was very prompt answering calls, emails, and returning calls; much faster than I expected. Alan was very transparent and honest from the first step. Alan also answers all questions no matter how big or small they are. He is so efficient that I was able to close within 2 weeks. Not only did I score a lower interest rate and able to get out of that PMI, but gained a professional whom I'll entrust in the future for any mortgage needs.

  Maryland Mortgage Center is simply the best! Timely? Yes, my mortgage was funded in 3 weeks Lowest interest rate available? Yes, I saved $$$ thanks to Alan and his team Pleasant? Yes, MMC are true professionals - courteous, knowledgeable, calm, and efficient I am so pleased that I decided to take advantage of the current low interest rates and refinance my home with MMC. They do work with an out-of-state bank (for you Marylanders out there), but the experience was wonderful, and I still have the important borrower protections that normally accrue to Maryland homeowners. Alan is a real professional, courteous, patient, and fast with the paperwork! The process was handled very well and I appreciated having someone so expert and well-informed handle my re-fi.

  I highly recommend Alan Klawans and his team for any and all mortgage needs. I'm not one to usually bother writing reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. I made the initial call on Jan 27th, dreading the idea of talking to yet another Mortgage broker. Alan was so easy to work with, always available, and unbelievably fast! My Refinance closed just 15 days following first contact. Locked my Interest rate, secured documents, orchestrated communication with Title Company on some complex issues, and spoke to me the full time to the Closing. 15 days!   I started the refinance process with another local company. I started having questions and confusion over some of the numbers and decided to get a second opinion. Heard Maryland Mortgage commercial on the radio and called. Sure enough Alan the President of the company answered. He sat on the phone with me for about 40 minutes and explained what the other companies numbers meant, with no promise of my doing business with him. At the end of the call, I told him that I felt very comfortable with him and would like his company to handle my refinance. Not only was he a straight shooter, he beat their interest rate and we closed at barely more than three weeks. I couldn't imagine a smoother experience. Highly recommended Thanks Alan!!!

  Alan worked hard to refi our mortgage at a great rate. We do not have traditional sources of income as we are self employed. He over came what other companies could not do and got our financing completed in less then 3 weeks. Many thanks to Alan

  This was the easiest experience I have ever had. Alan was a joy to work with and there was no pressure from him. I was skeptical at first about completing the process in less than three weeks. I'm a believer now and there was no pressure at all. I was very satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend him to anyone. I'm so glad I heard his add on WBAL 1090 radio.   Alan is a knowledgeable experienced broker who really knows the ins and outs of the business. He helped me through a lengthy process of a refinance that had some hurdles with patience and expertise. He has a great team also. I would not hesitate to use his services again .

  I cant thank Alan and Maryland Mortgage enough for the professionalism and speed in which they closed my refinance. For 7 months I dealt with other lenders including some large banks only to get the run around and have the terms change multiple times. My refinance was more difficult than most with the need to combine my HELOC into my first mortgage. I was referred to Alan by a friend whom had used Maryland Mortgage. Problem solved. Alan took control from the beginning and streamlined the process. The process could not have been more simple and stress free. I knew what to expect every step of the way thanks to daily updates from Alan. There were no surprises except that my loan was closed in only 3 weeks ! I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks Alan.   Simply stated, Maryland Mortgage Center is one of the best companies we’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
