  They don't seem to know meaning of the word closing in a real estate transaction. Would not commit to give me check at closing! It took some convincing to do - as if they were doing a favor to me to get me my money. Also, they decide when they want to follow the contract and when they want to ignore the contract. Would not do business again with this group.
