T c1Wow. This bank is ridiculous. I don’t even know how they are in business. The branch manager, Jamie Gardner, is the rudest human I have interacted with in my existence. How she is allowed to run a bank is mind blowing. I took my money over to First bank after a horrible dealing with the bank charging me bogus charges that took me fighting tooth and nail to recover. Major scammers and horrible people. 👎🏼

Jey Blak1If I could give less stars I would, I'm seeing $33 non BOW atm fees, horrible Outsourced customer service and 30+ day response time for email. I'm sure BOW will be involved in some class action law suits for ridiculous fees. Strongly suggest finding a different bank if you are looking to open a new account.

Mountain Mule5Excellent service. Went to Manager Jami with an issue regarding mutilated currency. She was able to help me even though I was not a customer. (I am a customer now!) She went above and beyond in finding a solution. Friendly employees and very clean branch. I would take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. It appears most of the negative reviews are coming from a non-local, transient or seasonal population that have no real interest in having a banking relationship.

Hanni Bernhart1Bank of the West has deactivated my business debit card three times in the last 4 months. They have no explanation as to why and each time I've been on the phone for hours. I've had to have a new card issued each time and update all of my business accounts to continue to order materials for my business. This is extremely time consuming and has disrupted my business production each time. I've been unable to orde materials when they unexpectedly deactivated my cards. This bank has caused financial loss in my business. They have been unwilling to accommodate me each time, they have no answers and apparently there is a debit card they sent in the mail that is unaccounted for. I am changing banks.

The BRECKENRIDGE HEMP CO1They do not help local business with support. Went in to get change was refused because we are not members. Left went to first bank not even a question and their policies give change or break change for ALL local business. Until this policy would change I would never bank with them. You have to earn my business and by denying me 100$ in change I will never even consider switching to you , which I thought of doing being your a block away from the house and business.

lydia shafer1HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I walked in after using the atm to get change and all three staff members just glared at no greeting no how can I help you. I asked if they could break my $50 their arm gave me and REFUSED TO HELP ME because I didn’t bank with them. I asked them what the closest bank was so I could break it else where and they just said there are lots of banks but they close in 10 minutes. Honestly have never been treated so poorly by any bank staff. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Maggie Fields1I went to the ATM here and asked for $100 and it gave me $85. When I went into the branch the teller and the lady Jamie who said she was the manager said that they could fix it but they just had to call and find out how. They called their support line and when they told them I was a non- customer they said they couldn’t help me and I had to go to my bank. I didn’t understand this as it was their ATM that made the error. The manager told me that they don’t service the ATM so it was not their responsibility. Why is their name on the machine? Not only was she rude and acted like it was my fault that I didn’t get the correct money but she had such poor banking knowledge that she didn’t know she wouldn’t be able to help me. If she’s really the manager this branch is in a sad state. My bank (USAA) was surprised that the Bank of the West didn’t recitify the situation on the spot and quickly gave me a refund and said they would collect on Bank of the West. Now I know why there was no one in the branch when I went in. Poor poor poor customer service and banking knowledge.
