Amanda Ford2I was at the bank yesterday for a transaction. The banker helping me was great. However, the teller on the other end was displaying PDA. Their phone was ringing nonstop and instead of picking it up, she kept cancelling it then went to her boyfriend in the lobby. I heard the him say “Did you just cancel a call from a poor customer again!” And she just giggled and started making out. My friends also noticed the same behavior when they were at the bank. Very inappropriate and horrible customer service!

Michael DeWaal5Carrie Heintz represented her bank very well with personalized customer service, even if we only made deposits, she made time to say hello and get caught up. This is a dog-friendly bank and they have treats, dog back rubs and attention for your dog. Our dog loves going there and she has her fans there. The other current staff there are also very customer service oriented and friendly with our dog. Any issues we had with our chip-bank card were immediately addressed.

Becky Johnson1The bank has awful policies. I would reconsider banking with this branch if you own a business. I have been waiting months for my debit card for my personal account. It still hasn't showed. But, it shows in my account. I can't get a hold of the branch manger. They are very understaffed and are to busy for four people. Good luck trying to figure out the policies of this branch. I can not figure out their policies. You have other options and I would explore different options because they have competition. They hold all deposits for five days until your thirty day trial period is over. They are not afraid of returning checks.You can not view items in pending like checks etc. really consider your option!!! Not what we had been promised.

Tim Dwyer1Worst service i have ever had with a bank. The branches close at 1pm on Saturdays when every other bank is open until 4pm. The customer service has been no help whenever i have a question. The fees come out of nowhere and there's not a chance they will help you take care of them. All in all this has been the worst place i have kept my money. I wouldnt bank with them again if they offered a 10% apr savings account.

Pat Trifunov5Yes, they are very busy and could use more help but the employees there are so helpful. We just moved here and could not be more happy with the service we have received going into the bank; they even love our puppy!

Dan Lee1Pretty ridiculous that their published local phone number has an automated message that says their branch does not take phone calls and to use their 24 hour phone line. The worst customer service ever! Terrible bank for personal or business!
