  This is our third loan with Land Home Financial Services Representative Dustin Lesline and every time we have experienced outstanding results. Dustin has expertly advised us locking in the interest rate, tailoring the loan to our situation, and tracking all the various milestones for a successful escrow closing. Dustin and his team are proactive leading you throughout the entire process. Our last loan we locked in at 2.25 percent and saved $400 a month and over $160,000 on interest over the life of the loan. I highly recommend Dustin on all my mortgage loans for primary residence and rental properties.   Stay away fom this company! They will pull your credit witout your consent and then lie and say they had "verbal consent". i am now dealing with a nightmare trying to get the hit removed. All they had to do was tell the company that runs credit for them the truth and it would have been taken care of, but instead, Eric O'Connor in the Rancho Bernardo office, is trying to act like he did not brake the law! Corporate won't call me back, his boss won't call me back and i am now forced to spend time and resources to take care of something they could have done with a phone call. After reading the reviews, I am happy to find out now what they are really like before i did business with them!

  Worked with Richmond. Terrible, worst experience. He wouldn't get back to us for days, then could not understand what we sent him. He is beyond ill-qualified. Completely unprofessional. Do not do business with him!
