  Phil and his team are miracle workers. Got us a rate that even the scammers weren't willing to offer as a bait. My wife and I have worked with them for our original loan and two refinances and they somehow outdo themselves each time. Recommend Phil and his team in the strongest terms!

  Phil and his team were amazing! We hadn’t even been looking to buy a home when we saw a “Coming Soon” sign posted in front of the home of our dreams one Friday. To make an offer before it went on the MLS Tuesday and multiple bids came in would take a miracle. Phil and his team at American Pacific Mortgage were that miracle. We called Phil late that Friday and by mid-day Monday, he had all our financing ducks in a row. We couldn’t have purchased the home without his attention to detail, attention to deadline and attention to customer service. Claudette, Phil’s assistant was also top notch. She was great to work with and we trusted her implicitly - she didn’t let a single detail fall through the cracks which is crucial when buying a home. We can’t recommend them enough.
