  Amazing experience with Lamar Lending. They never made my wife and I feel pressure. It was all up to us and they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. They didn’t try to push us into consolidating other bills or suggest anything unnecessary. They had one priority and that was our needs. Recommend them to anyone and Everyone! Great job.

  We’ve used Lamar Lending twice for a refinance and we’re very happy with the results. After our current lender told us that a refinance wouldn’t make sense for us we decided to try a broker and we were glad we did. Brandon and Canon were who we dealt with the first go round and they were always informative and responsive when we reached out. They handled everything without bugging us constantly. The second time Katie was right on top of it. It took longer than expected but that’s only because they were timing it right to save us the most money with taxes and interest rates. Very happy with over 2% lower rate and over $400 savings per month. We will always recommend Lamar. Thank you

  I dont know where to begin with LAMAR Lending. From the first phone call I knew that they would be very helpful in guiding me through my first time home buying experience. Due to my new build conditions I had to allow the builders lender to run my info and allow them to provide a quote. While comparing both LAMAR and the builders lender side by side LAMAR was MUCH more enjoyable to work with. In less then a couple weeks my wife and I knew we didnt want to work with anyone else. I was helped by Kaitie Thompson and Angela Hill throughout my home buying process and they were very easy to reach every time I would call, text, or email (and there was a lot). They both made me feel at ease through all the hectic paperwork and requests. I feel like they were looking out for what was best for me instead of trying to make a company more money. Overall I couldn’t ask for a better experience, even through these tough COVID times LAMAR lending was able to make sure everything was done in a timely manner and we managed to always stay one step ahead of the builder. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

  Great overall experience! Canon was quick to respond with questions and was very thorough when reviewing material. They found me an incredible rate of my refi! The team was very professional, moved fast, and make sure I was well informed up to my closing. Would encourage everyone to use their service!   Professional, Responsive and Good Value. What else do you need? I was assigned a professional (Kaitie) and could contact her via phone, text or email. Very responsive. I was informed throughout the process and we stayed on schedule. I was fortunate to meet the entire team at Lamar Lending, including the owner (Brandon) and completely trusted them to make decisions on my behalf. Good group of people and I will use them again.
