  Best investing class I’ve been to! Came as a refresher class and to get great contractors. Got so much more. They gave away $1000+ of money saving tips that Literally will pay for this course on your very first deal. As someone who has been investing part time for years I picked up a lot. Great course overall.

  These people are amazing. James Susan Brenda the whole team is always there to help. My husband and I never thought we would be able to start flipping homes due to our credit and finances.   I recently got a Loan from King James Lending on a property in League City. When I called I didn’t have much time left in the contract and was unsure I’d get lending that fast. I talked to James, told him the details of the deal, and was able to close within a few days. His team is awesome! Highly recommend them.
