Amber Graham1I’d give 0 stars if I could. Don’t bother going to Gemini- they make a mistake every single time. Going in tomorrow to verify my 3 accounts are actually CORRECT after a multitude of errors made on their behalf then leaving immediately. Notice anything wrong? Neither did they. Until I pointed it out- THANK GOSH. The manager April at Gemini location told me to call her, gave me her extension, and she would fix it immediately. 3 days later I never did hear back from her- and I spent 4 hours of my life I’ll never get back dealing with their mistake. Just no.

Luke Morgan1After looking into their app and inconsistencies in between the app and my actual account I have decided to change banks. If you find an issue with your account and inquire about it with a customer service rep they will give you a variety of responses that do not explain what the issue is or how to resolve it. This has been an ongoing issue. They have been charging my account when they should not have been and have an attitude of, "you can always bank somewhere else". That is a direct quote.

The Observer1Canceling my account and going elsewhere. Overdraft charges where charged when there was adequate money in the bank based on the app. I was even charged $25 twice in a row for the same overdraft that had enough money in the account. When asking support about the issue, some ignorant person pasted a screen shot of 2 numbers without any symbols or references to anything and stated that was why it was charged an overdraft. No explaination and the numbers matched nothing in my account. I can't tolorate ignorant or rude people when it comes to manipulating numbers and lying directly to a customer. I have gone to a competitor who has been upfront about everything and even pointed out where Wellby could find themselves in legal trouble due to their actions. They could even see that through my account it shouldn't have been charged an overdraft fee. Wellby is not giving correct and complete information on transactions or statements found on their app and site. They offer nothing in return to solve the problem except choose another bank. So I did. This is nothing like the people who used to work for JSC. They are not very personable, or welcoming. It seems like they are staffed by people who are just doing a job.

Perfect customer service at all the locations I have been to. I would like to give a shout out to Seabrook Location . Thank you for all your team does.

checkity11Wellby is useless. JSC was bad enough but since changing to Wellby it actually got worse. Poor customer service, lack of banking options, rude clerks. I tried to get a new debit card because the card was worn out. They only have 2 options. 7-10 business day replacement or pay $15 to have it shipped 2-3 days. My wife just had a card instantly printed at this location in October. We have many times over the years. The clerk said that they switched to a different vendor. Obviously a lowest bidder. Leaving this bank next week.

Cyndi Murphy1Bad experience since JSC has changed names to Welby. My account goes negative all the time and trying to get someone on the phone is like pulling teeth out . This is ridiculous!!! If you wanna stop payment on something you can't do that . If you wanna speak to someone you can't. If you text the bank they don't respond. Very bad customer service towards your valued customers that have been with y'all for a long time .

Michael D'Onofrio1Long time member (1988) and the rollout is the most idiotic way a financial institution has behaved since the Wells Fatgo fiasco. Wellby is trying to find its identity and has moved from a credit union to a political entity. If you have any conservative views you will not want to be here. If you don't keep a balance AND direct deposit you won't have any feasible options. They send out terms on high gloss 27 pages only to change them via emails. I've never seen anything like. My transactions are denied and I look foolish with vendors. They No longer answer phones in a satisfactory amount of time. . So picture yourself trying to buy something and being on hold 75 minutes standing at the butcher shop just to tell them the $45 item you are buying is legit. People are leaving in droves and I am too. But please find another institution to put your money. My family (mixed politucs) is pulling $300,000 worth of assets. Ridiculous.

Chris Foreman1Never had a negative experience with JSC. Now EVERY experience is negative. Can't send money person to person without having to enter recipients acc# and routing #? Can't add card to payment apps without having to call credit union? Can't use Intuit Mint anymore without having to verify bank EVERY time? Searching for new Credit Union. Wellby is horrible.

Phillip Johnson1After becoming wellby the service went down hill. The app does not reflect what is in my accounts and when asking about it I was given a response from someone who didn't seem like they knew what they were talking about. Overdraft withdrawls when money was in my account and no explaination or detailed summary was given. Pulling my money out and going to another bank. They are being very shady.

Angela Christian1I've been trying for days to speak to a person. The only way you get through to anybody is by leaving a message, then they call you back hours and hours later, right when you're trying to load your kids into the car to pick up your oldest from school, and you can't be in front of the computer. Or your at work by this point in the afternoon. This is ridiculous.
