Crystal child 5551If your gonna go to any Lakeland branch avoid this one at all cost I’m disabled and can’t drive so I explained my situation to them and the lady at the desk gives me a attitude and tells me I need to go to the window In the middle of a snowstorm do you how embarrassing and dangerous that is yet I’m withdrawing money and shes still giving me an attitude this bank has no respect for the disabled people save your self the trip and time Horrible customer service I switch to PNC and I love them at least they care
