  Rich Bolt is an incredible broker. My wife and I worked with Rich on our mortgage for our first home and then with a refinance. He was extremely helpful each time - responding even on the weekends and at night after business hours. We were very satisfied with his level of service and would gladly recommend him to anyone.

  The whole mortgage process with Crossroads Financial Mortgage Inc. was hassle free and efficient. Our loan officer Richard Bolt, was able to explain everything and ensure that all of our questions were answered along the way. Richard was available by phone through calls ant text messages as well as emails any time we needed him...even on Sunday evenings. We got a great rate and the costs were all in line with the expectations laid out on day one. Would not hesitate to do business with them again. We would recommend any person desiring to get a mortgage loan to do so with Richard Bolt and Crossroads Financial Mortgage Inc. Many thanks to you Richard!!!

  This is the second time I go to Richard Bolt at Crossroads Financial and it's the second time that I'm EXTREMELY satisfied with not just the outcome, but also the level of service Rich provides. With my first ever mortgage, Rich was patient, knowledgeable, and forthcoming with any and all information. He worked with us as a young couple to buy our first home, in less than ideal financial circumstances, and got us the best possible mortgage. Now, in refinancing, he again worked within our situation, laid out our best options, and worked tirelessly to get us the best deal out there.   If I could give Rich a 10 star review I would. He has probably been the only good thing in this entire process of buying/selling a home in this crazy market. He goes above and beyond to help in any way that he can. I was able to purchase my home in what I felt in record time bc of how hard he works.
