  Brian took a very intimidating process and made use feel comfortable, confident, and prepared. As first-time home buyers he took the time to do an intro phone call and walk us through every step of the home-buying process, how to "assemble our A-team" to make sure we were ready when we found our dream home, and what to expect during the mortgage application process. While we were condo shopping we was very responsive to emails and texts which helped so much as we determined what we could comfortably afford. Once we were ready to submit an offer, he was with us every step of the way and made time for us even on weekends/evenings during negotiations with the seller. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Brian made sure we secured the best rate possible and were taken care of by Jen and team between the offer and closing. I would undoubtedly recommend Brian Woltman and Embrace Home Loans for anyone looking to buy a home.

  Brian Woltman and Jen Kain were beyond phenomenal from the very first interaction to the very end. They are incredibly knowledgeable, pleasant, caring, and operate with an unbelievable level of speed. They answered every email, every phone call, every text with supersonic speed!!! They ensured we were always ten steps ahead and handled the entire transaction SEAMLESSLY. Even on the day of closing Jen stayed in touch and kept texting us to check on us and make sure everything went well. We had received quotes from other lenders but nobody comes close to Brian and his team. Can not be more grateful and can't recommend them highly enough. They are the best of the best and made a very stressful process breezy!!!! Absolutely amazing!!!

  Brian is personable and extremely responsive. He provided me multiple options to consider for refinancing and when the first option fell through Brian worked tirelessly to get the second option through to closing.
