      The tellers are super friendly and helpful here! Always knowledgeable and helpful, and I never have to wait long if there's a line. I've had my card number compromised before, and all I had to do was sign a paper and they got my money back. Great for a bank account and credit card, but I can't vouch for the other services.

      I just recently opened an account there and everyone was extremely helpful. Especially Kyle, I suggest working with him if you can, he is extremely nice and speedy.

      Lake Michigan credit union is the best bank to bank with. Threw all of this adoption processing stuff Lake Michigan it’s self has sent us letters upon letters congratulating us on are adoption. First one was from Lake Michigan credit union of Caledonia and this past one was from the call center. Thankyou Lake Michigan credit union for all you do to help support your customers and taking your time to do such amazing things.       I fled from 5/3rd bank to come to LMCU and I've never known another bank I've loved them so much. They are always very helpful and timely in their services, and the remodeling of this branch looks amazing!
