  Been with LMCU for a few years now and hands down, they're the best credit union I've ever had! Everyone is always so incredibly friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns!

  LMCU reports inaccurate credit information and refuses to correct it. If you value your credit score do not do business with Lake Michigan Credit Union. They locked me out of my account for months and denied access to my account statements. I regularly attempted to make make payments but was not allowed. Months later without any notice I discovered they had reopened my account. Of course I brought it current once granted access. Unethical organization.

  Very poor service and untrained people!!! They wanted to charge me a $15 fee for there mistake. The lady said nobody here can waive the fee. She ended up hanging up on me. I called back spoke with someone else made a payment and wasnt changed a fee. When I set up my payment arrangement the lady was really confused and obviously didn't know how to do her job. I wasnt surprised it didnt get set up. Please use a different credit Union to avoid problems. Also With these untrained people you cant trust them with your personal information.

  Lake Michigan Credit Union has been in business quite a while and I think it used to be Teachers Credit Union anyway see sometimes considered a debit that is in the future to be in the present and there can be thorny in one's account. Otherwise their service is excellent and I highly recommend them.

  I Don't Like Banks That Spend Million's On Their Buildings Ive Always Dealt Pretty Much With Credit Union's For That Reason They Have Great Debt Consolidation Programs For Their Customers The Service Is Personable And They Are Extremely Conservative With Their Customers Money 💖
