  Pure incompetence. If we could give zero stars then we would. We mistakenly landed in their web, bill paid in full to the hospital, yet they still sent their threatening letters and refused to clarify with the equally incompetent hospital for whom they work. Talk about a business ripe for the picking -- here's one that could be taken down with little effort.

  They apparently don't make notes or know how to read. If a credit card payment doesnt go through, they don't call you so instead they harass everyday around dinnertime even though you've told them a payment was mailed out... I can't believe a hospital that has religious backgrounds would use this scum.

  I received an invoice from Medical Financial Solutions. I called them to make monthly payments, the woman said "they want all the money no payments". I also, told her that I had already mailed her my first monthly payment to show them that I do want to pay them," but, I was struggle to pay all of the other doctors who also, are crying for their money too. Apparently, they have not received my payment and it has been almost 1 month. Bottom line, they are not workable so, they can keep on billing me.

  bunch of incompetence. My hospital changed who they used for debt collection, this company claimed they arn't debt collectors, they are, don't kid yourself dear. they cant do payments every other week like the other debt collectors could. the girl i talked to seemed very new and i had to push the conversation forward. very unprofessional.

  They say they open at 8:00 am been trying to call them for an hour now but the answering machine says it is closed how can you talk with someone about your bill if no one is there

  They have repeatedly failed to withdraw payments, and then contact me bc I'm in arrears. The money is there, if they'd just run the withdrawals!
