  I cannot recommend working with this credit union enough. Schawn has seen our business through for the last two months go through a dramatic journey of paperwork and bureaucratic limbo, and today we finally were able to get our accounts all set up smoothly. Schawn made it so easy for us, and treated us with such kindness, patience, and personal care—it feels like we have made a friend through this process who is looking out for us, instead of working with a huge corporate bank who could care less about our business. We are so grateful for this credit union and Schawn! 10/10, fantastic customer service, response time, and honestly just everything.

  Working with Consumers Credit Union was a pleasant experience in this day and age with covid 19. Going into this purchasing of a home I was a little worried. But Consumers Credit Union made it very easy for me they have great apps and are very prompt and helpful with recommendations for what needed to get you a loan .   Drake Rd/Stadium Dr location demonstrates excellent customer service. One customer representative in particular is Caitlin B. She is very pleasant, and personable, and effectively accommodated our request for service. She is much appreciated, and is to be commended for her interaction with customers.

  I just wanted to take the time to say Consumers mobile banking app is extremely convenient and reliable. I appreciate that I can deposit a check using a standard phone and the image is clearly accepted and takes seconds to use. I'm so greatful to be apart of this credit union. Thank you!
