Maria Ortiz1Very horrible experience working with Brian to obtain a mortgage. It is very difficult to get in contact with Brian and nothing was done in a timely fashion. Unfortunately we had go with another bank who was more professional. Brian repeatedly asked for additional information that was already provided which significantly delayed the process. Be cautious, this is a enticing bank to work with but I hope you can learn from my poor experience.

Carol Gholson5Because small personalized banking is going by the wayside, this was a refreshing change, especially with Keyna as representatives of the bank having just closed an account with a bank that had been bought out twice I'm here to tell you it's nice when people walk in the door and they know your name and they are wanting to do business with you. I love this bank and will stay with them.

Paula Rousseau1Don't Waste your time getting a Mortgage in this Cape Coral office, we had Brian as a loan officer it was a disaster. He had our info before June 10th There were time he didn't even bother opening emails from me and then request the same things so I would just forward the original email to make a point still didn't work among other things. Well we never close on July 30, 2020

Allen Glenn (FMSU)1I started my Construction to Permanent loan process back in April 2020 and was pre-approved back on April 16th. Now, 4 MONTHS LATER, still not approved because of the incompetence of this branch. Either the Underwriter, or Cheryl or Brian....but none of them are on the same page with each other. I have immediately sent every item of requested information to them after every request....many times being asked for the same information over and over, and when I send the information, they wait 2 weeks to send it to the underwriter and today Brian said he was still waiting for a Verification of Mortgage from another bank before he could send it back to the underwriter again, however the lender sent this info 2 days prior, I was copied on it and they didn't even know it or acknowledge their over site. I asked to speak to their Management, completely ignored. Asked for a final decision on the approval, completely ignored. Asked about a lower interest rate since its been 4 months and rates have come down, completely ignored! I own several properties and have closed on many loans and this experience by FAR has been the worst I've ever gone through. They tried to blame COVID and other things...asking me a series of new questions each and every time they come back. Playing games with me....Its been a Terrible experience!!!
