  This is my second transaction utilizing Matt Odom as my mortgage broker. The first was a new home purchase, the second was a refinance. Matt is the most responsive, ethical, professional, responsible, and customer friendly service vendor I have ever encountered. He truly, personally, ensures that each customer feels valued, takes care of all details, has processes for a seamless and stress free experience. He is honest, and up front, about what can and cannot be done. If it cannot, he will explain what needs to occur in order to get to ‘can’. I have been extremely pleased on both occasions to work with Matt. I encourage anyone needing mortgage assistance to call him! I can promise you will not be disappointed.   Matt Odom is the best in all of Southwest Florida. He has assisted us with a VA Mortgage where we closed within 20 days which is unheard of. Yet, Matt made it happen. Recently, he helped us with a refinance. I had a ton of questions and he was very patient with me, always available and, again, got it done! I highly recommend him to everyone I know.

  Had the best experience working with Odom Mortgage. I was a first time home buyer and they made the process as easy and stress free as possible. They were very tentative to respond to any questions that I had, during working hours and after working hours. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
