Kris Jacobsen5We recommend Priority Payments any time we can-we have had great service from them and their rates are easily understood and very competitive. We are a low volume customer, but we are treated as if we were processing like the big players! Additionally, Priority has a commitment to give back in their community, which is very important to us in the vendors we deal with. If you are looking for a business services provider (credit cards, payroll, etc) I recommend you contact Priority and ask them to give you a quote. If they can't beat what you have, or save you money, they will tell you so, but I'm betting you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Alexis (Lexi) is very helpful and always quick to respond when needed! Brandon also has always been available and quick to solve anything needed. Which really has not been a lot cause all around this is a great company and everything is seamless and runs very smoothly!! Thank you for all of your hard work Alexis (Lexi) and Brandon! Jill Freedman1I highly do not recommend anyone to use this Priority Payment Services in Southwest Florida. The average time it takes for a resprisentitive to return your calls can take up to 2-3 days and then after that they still give you the run-around. On one occasion, we asked to speak to the owner, not once did he ever respond to our complaints. Major lack of customer service.

The Dog Vlog5I’ve been with priority payment solutions for about two years now and not one problem has occurred! I’m a local business in Cape Coral that owns a dog grooming salon called a K-Nine Dog Grooming! Alexis H. Has done a lot for my company as far as being very attentive to my needs and wants answering any questions and taking care of any issues which have been very few to none in a very fast and timely and professional manner. ZEAL TECH1It has been 2 weeks since we've switched bank account information and since then we have not been able to receive our settlements. They told us 24-48hours to update the information but they'll try to do a rush. First, they sent the funds a week later but with the wrong routing number (they didn't ask us or our banker for it but, they called the "teller" to get the routing number). Although it was their mistakes, we had to wait for the funds to go back. The funds finally went back and we were told a wire transfer would go into our account but they refused to provide us with a confirmation number. Since our first review and as of current, over $10k in funds still being withheld and all we've been getting is the run around. We were a loyal customer for nearly 4 years and we never expected this to happen to us. We are extremely disappointed because we really do love doing business with local small businesses. While we are waiting to be funded, we switched to a new merchant that got us funded within 1 day! Yes, we've already been funded from the new Merchant, but unable to get our receivable from Priority since January 10th to current.We understand the different parties involved, but this is the worst experience ever! I hope this never happens to another small business.
