  Kevin & his team made my 1st home buying experience a smooth & pleasant one. Needless to say I was very nervous but I was always assured not to worry. The app / online portal made uploading things super easy & kept us all up to date all throughout the process. He & Kasey also kept me updated via text & email. I never had a moment of wondering what was going on. I'm extremely satisfied with the entire process & I highly recommend going with Kevin & his team you will be in good hands!

  Kevin & his team were great. I used my VA loan benefit & not all mortgage companies are familiar with this process, and some do not even want to deal with it because It is a little more complicated & thorough. Kevin knew exactly what he was doing & it showed with how seamless everything went. I'm extremely satisfied with the entire process & I highly recommend going with Kevin & his team you will not be disappointed.

  Kevin was amazing! Was able to get me approved and in my own home when I had almost lost all hope. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a first time home!

  Kevin Robbins and Kasey, they were so professional and on the spot timely! I had to refinance due to a divorce and I thought I was stuck with my current lender as being the best deal. When I was referred to them I thought I'd give it a go but was skeptical. I was so pleasantly surprised that Kevin was able to give me a lower rate, a lower loan and a higher cash back at closing! Sure I had to pay for the appraisal upfront, but the service they provided was so much better and more personal it was well worth it! I think I engaged their services on December 28th and we closed on February 1! He was always available and responded right away, even when he didn't have to. Much thanks to Kevin and his team to making this otherwise stressful and difficult process a breeze!

  Kevin Robbins is the ultimate professional, and as the company name suggests, they are a one stop shop. Kevin and his team provided all the services to me that I needed to seamlessly purchase a property during a very busy time period in Florida. His assistant, Kacey, was equally informed on all issues and is the nuts and bolts of the operation. I have worked with other lending companies, but no one has brought a more system based solution to the table with more professionalism than Kevin Robbins and his team. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a lending manager to assist them with a mortgage on the purchase of a new property.

  Kevin and his team really made magic happen in such a short time for us! They took over our mortgage info with a ton of missing info and a deadline. They had no idea who we were as we were with another company. They didn’t ask questions and just went straight to work. They stepped up and made sure I had an update everyday if not more then once a day. Kasey also did a fantastic part is making us not feel stressed and really letting us enjoy this process of building our home. Worlds can’t describe how thankful my family is they took our case over and made it possible for us with low credit to qualify for our dream house. They made us feel like family during this entire process as well. It’s great to feel appreciated in a home buying process when everyone else said no to our credit they really made it work for us and showed us how to fix our mistakes. So Thank you Kevin and Kasey!

  The Robbins Mortgage team handled my refi on my home. Excellent communication, service and advice. I felt supported the entire way through the process and they made sure I was taken care of from end to end.
