  This review is primarily being left due to lack of communication methods. Never sent our joint account card. Sent me a promo for a credit card, hits me for my credit, then no feedback is left at all. Very archaic methods, granted they are a smaller bank.

  declined my online check deposit 3 separate times in an hours time for “poor image quality” when i had the check in full view all 3 times . i went as far as to shine a flashlight on it but they still declined it because…? couldn't tell you why .

  my husband & i have banked here for 22 years we have fraud on our debit card a total of $177 it’s been 10 days since we signed the affidavit Lakecity has not reimbursed us yet .. This is ludicrous whatever happened to supporting your customers. Lakecity Mishawaka is telling us to be patient 😞😞😞

  I applied for financing of a 10k boat for the family and was denied because I was just shy of 3 years when my bankruptcy was finalized. Lake city said I needed to be over 3 years (facepalm) Since the forced bankruptcy (meaning I had no choice!) I have a 700 credit score, a dozen credit cards, a 2019 suburban paid in full(on financing), A Ford Mustang, a motorcycle, a 2014 odyssey, a cargo van, 10 rental properties, a mortgage, a land contract and was still DENIED! I told lake city I have multiple co-signers but that did not matter to them! I contacted community wide federal credit union and was accepted immediately! How can members of our community prove our credit worthiness if not given the opportunity to do so?!

  I have banked with them for just over a year. My husband banks with them, as well as my father. I have never had any issues getting things resolved quickly and professionally. The team at the Mishawaka branch is kind and prompt

  All lake city banks are horrible, and dont care about people. Wells Fargo is the best bank.
