  It was my first time their today my overall experience was excellent all of the woman was extremely nice done the app over the phone waited about an hour to hear a response. All of the work woman had a sense of humor. A big thank u to assistant manager Kammy she was awesome

  Heights is great with their customer service. Clean, cut, and clear step by step instructions to get your loan done quick and easy! If you're looking to start your credit history, Alex and Robin will guide you towards building your credit the best way possible. I got my loan through them and now I have a car loan on my history allowing me to qualify for more in the future. Do business here, you wont regret it!

  I have been getting loans for 30 years.....I have never had a better experience ever. The whole team, especially Robin and the manager Alex, were exceptional. And the whole process took less than 1 1/2 hours, start to finish.....You've got a customer for life!! Already recommended to several co workers and friends............

  I own a used Carlot and have worked with many different finance companies, Heights is HANDS DOWN my favorite one to do business with!   Awesome customer service and very transparent throughout the entire process. Great place to get a loan if you don’t qualify for a traditional bank loan and need quick funds! Our customers that we send to them always have positive things to say about the whole team at the Mishawaka office!

  If your credit score isn't good enough at the moment to go through a bank, heights finance is a great place to get a auto loan. They will get your credit score back on track for the future. Highly recommended

  I have had a few loans with Heights. Yes, their interests rates are a bit high, if you are looking to build or re-establish your credit they will work with you to get you the best possible loan to fit your budget. I give them 3 out of 5 stars for their service, their professionalism, and their cutomer service skills. The only bad thing I can say about them is they do have a very high interest rate. However, I have always tried to pay off the loan as quick as possible. They do not charge a fee for early pay off. Phil L South Bend, IN
