      My husband and I began banking at the Mishawaka location when we moved here in 2011. We have several accounts and at times we have needed to sit with a banker for advice and assistance. The staff at the bank is amazingly awesome. They are courteous, detailed, professionally friendly, and genuinely grateful for customers. Have there been mistakes over the years? ...Yes...mine and theirs. That's when customer service can be evaluated. When I have made mistakes, they have been exceeding gracious to help me, without embarrassment, and when they have made a mistake (very rare), they correct it, in the moment, to my favor. They are not convenient to where I live, but I do not mind the drive for the great personal service and care we receive. They have become my banking family and we appreciate all they do to make it a great place to do business. Thank you to all the 5/3 team in Mishawaka!

      I had an issue with using the mobile deposit option, which i don't recommend. I went into the branch and was so lucky to be helped by Brenda Roop. She explained the process and made everything better for our family. She's a true asset to this Bank.

      Finally had it.. I deposit money into their ATM and because their machine isn't working properly I have to wait roughly 6 business days to see my money... You try to use debit with all the covid only to be screwed by the system.. There should be a way better plan in situations such as these, especially if you have your receipt.

      Discriminates against handicap people didn't have a account my client needed change for a 20 asked them politely they said no sorry and stopped listening will never get a account at any of your bank very disgusted would give no stars

      Horrible customer service. Had direct deposit which they didn't process until following day. Then charged nearly $150 in over draft fees!
