  Great company, professional always answers questions and concerns promptly. I appreciate the company being patient with me being a knowledgeable investor and not micromanaging every aspect of the renovation. The draws are seamless they do not tie funds up after completion.   Im a real estate agent in Tampa who got referred to Greg Zambrella at Lafayette Lending. The first time I spoke to Greg was on a Thursday, I asked him if he could close a loan by the following Tuesday... After talking to a handful of other lenders, Greg was the only one to say I can make it happen. In that time frame he got my buyer approved (for better rates/terms), appraisals/inspections ordered, and sent the property to underwriting and we were able to close on time. It was amazing... Throughout the process he was very transparent and easy to reach. He and his team made the process straightforward and pulled off the impossible. I continue to use Greg and even wish more of my clients would get approved with him. I’m currently in the process of closing another loan with Lafayette and Greg and it’s smooth sailing just like the others. Thank you Lafayette and Greg!

  Obtaining the loan was easy, the draw process was also easy, but a bit expensive. The thing I do not like is your payment processor. Calling a collections company and being treated like a deadbeat is not on my list of fun things. I also dislike the VERY long response time for payoffs, extensions or any other questions.
