  Need to do a transaction that can't be done with the ATM? Avoid this branch. You'll end up waiting nearly 30 minutes to do a 2 minute transaction. The lines are ridiculous and there is one teller available. The other employees that do non teller transactions are nice and efficient.

  Always something with BoA, a simple deposit of 2 items takes 15 minutes while the same transaction at Chase take less than 1 minute. And calling the “iPad deposit” system an “improvement” is ludicrous.

  I entered the branch with my 16 y.o son walking behind me and we were heading downstairs to use the ATM for more privacy. The woman that stood in a little section between 1st floor and staircase whose duties I'm not going to assume greeted me saying what she can do for me while intently looking.She was not pleasant nor professional but it was pure judgement. So I was not sure if she had seen a ghost , a potential robber or she had remnants of a hangover. I replied that I am going to use an ATM to what she suggested I use a machine in the lobby. Then I asked her if there was a problem and she said "No". This wonderful encounter made me thinking if this representative was meant to filter bank robbers from general population she needs to take a class in body language.

  If I could I wouldn't give it any stars honestly, thee worst bank you can ever do a transaction in.Under staff but worst than that their branch manager is incompetent and ignorant to perform her job, if not for the location that branch would be closed yrs ago, need a whole new revamp.

  Worst bank ever u have to wait for long time to do simple thing and people there act like I wasn't there
