  Amazing customer service. I have been a member of the prior Potomac Credit Union back when I was 14, I’m 52 now. The staff is genuinely interested in your financial well being. A few years ago I lost both parents and became disabled all within a couple years. LFCU staff were honesty concerned and went out of their way to help me get through the financial mess. Thank you LFCU.

  The worst customer service. Their online service is a joke. They don’t call back. I regret ever opening an account with them.

  I use LFCU for business and personal accounts and have for decades. The staff is professional, easy to work with, knowledgeable, customer service-oriented, endlessly helpful and nice! In all the years I've been going there, I can't think of a single staff person about whom I would not have used those adjectives. It's a great place to do business and I recommend it without hesitation.

  LFCU is my bank for over 20 years! I have used the bigger banks but I go back to LFCU for all my needs bc of the personal service. I know my branch manager by name, they know me. As my assets grow and life changes, the bank grows in service and meets my needs and changes every step of the way. I can't do much without Lafayette!
