It’s not bad, sure didn’t see anyone at the new building at all, but I think once people figure it out and where it is, maybe it’ll be worth going to, although why there was no employees in the building is kinda odd to me, but at least when I used to go there, the tellers were somewhat friendly.

Do not trust this bank with your money. I had some checks that I ordered intercepted out of the mail. Someone wrote a bad check and deposited the check into a fake account at Capital One Bank. The signature was not at all similar in any way to my signature. The funds ( over $80,000) were withdrawn from my account without Capital One Bank doing any signature verification of the check. Capital One Bank then got a video recording of this person trying to withdraw the funds from the fake account by trying to get a cashiers check from the bank. The security at this bank is absolutely horrible. The bank never even investigated the case and never took any steps to try and catch the person that committed this fraud even when they had a video of the person doing it. This type of security at a bank is disgraceful.

I’ve been banking with Capital One for over a decade and this is one of the worst branches I’ve been to. Walk in and there’s 3 people standing/waiting/hovering in front of the two desks where bank employees are serving other customers. No one gets acknowledged by bank employees. No one gets asked what they need help with. There’s no sign in/waiting list like I’ve seen at other branches. When an employee finally freed up - he didn’t even bother to check in with me and see what I needed. Note had been sitting patiently in the waiting area for over 30 mins. The worst customer service at this branch. These unfriendly and unhelpful branch staff are a poor reflection on Capital One Bank.

This branch is regrettable. I wish I had another option in the area. It’s a Friday afternoon (check cashing day for many) with only one teller helping customers. I walked in and waited in line for 30 minutes. A company this size should know to staff better on busier days.

Waited over 30 minutes to open a savings account, couldn't get any help. I have a Capitol one checking account and want to add a savings account. One person was helping a client and no other bank employees to help with my business.

      Response from the owner

Hi Kianoush, we apologize for your wait and appreciate you sharing your experience with us, so we can get it in front of the right eyes. Thanks. ^AB

My mom has been banking with capital one, (specifically at this branch), for years, so her loyalty has been persistent. However, this all changed when she experienced an extremely awful, unprofessional experience. She visited this branch to open an account for my little brother. Ak began the process of assisting her but quickly lost focus when another customer, (with an entitlement complex), rudely interrupted their session. Ak’s demeanor then became even more abrupt, and he started to rush to display his indifference in helping her. She decided to leave and have someone help her since Ak boldly illustrated his reluctance in wanting to offer appropriate service. From here, Gerardi began to assist her, but things only worsened. The system crashed, leaving her more inconvenienced but Gerardi’s inadequate strategy in dealing with the situation escalated the matter. Once she was notified of the crash, she dismissively ended her services. My mother was extremely appalled so she inquired of what to do (obviously since it’s Gerardi’s job to advise in this manner). Gerardi, however, proceeded to rudely inform her there was nothing she could do. She didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. She also obtained an attitude the entire time. My mom then asked for the branch manager with the hopes that he would resolve the issue or at least assure her of a satisfactory outcome. However, Romello only covered for his employees by making excuses and did not offer any further assistance. The most frustrating aspect of this encounter was the lack of competency; no one took the initiative to act professionally by providing further options or guidance. She left without being able to open the account and had to report this poor excuse for a branch to the corporate offices. A representative at corporate was extremely disappointed in how the employees handled the matter and reassured her that they would be addressed for their awful behavior and reluctance in appropriately assisting me. Per the corporate rep, they were supposed to call customer service and search for a resolution instead of allowing her to leave without accomplishing anything. There is a distinct act of division where employees only display respect towards “certain customers,” while ignoring the needs of others. Resolutely, she will never revisit this location, as she was extended extremely unprofessionally, rude service. The management is also extremely incompetent and inadequate of executing substantially service.

      Response from the owner

This is definitely not the experience we aim for and missed the mark by a mile here. Rest assured, we've passed this along to our branch leadership for review. Your voice is heard and this feedback will be seen by the right people. ^AJS

Their automated answering machine is ridiculous and useless and frustrating. Trying to get to speak with a representative is virtually impossible. I'm moving my money to a bank where there is someone to talk to.
