  It seems to always be a issue with lacap for some reason. Even if you ask for your cash days in advanced they still hassle you. I'm thinking about closing my accounts and moving on.

  AA representatives that I came across had very nasty attitudes. One talked down to me and I was done… I closed my accounts and moved elsewhere

  They absolutely refuse to answer the phone. I need to cash a check outside of Louisiana so I can't just walk into one of their physical locations. Seriously terrible customer service.

  I just opened my account on May 11th and I'm thinking of closing it because the customer service representatives have been very short and rude so far..... I will find another credit union

  I love La Capitol FCU, they offer the best rates and service in Louisiana. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they always look out for their member's like family!!
