  Special shout out to Trent at Port Allen location. Called and spoke with Trent this AM with a refund issue. He went above and beyond to help me resolve my problem without me asking him to do so. It sure feels nice to have someone doing their job to the fullest. I hope B1 appreciates you Trent as much as I do. Thanks again ...make sure this review gets to Glen Daigle..

  BE CAREFUL depositing your money at drive through window at this location, i counted 3 times before i deposit, teller came back and said my money is short. this is the 2nd time it happened in a week, they will cheat you out your money. I called the manager (Glenn) to let him know about this issue, he said nothing can be done and that there is no cameras at drive through window to clarify this. this bank is a bunch of BS! choose different bank for your banking needs.

  I've never feel so uncomfortable going to a bank in my life. This bank have the worst bank teller. They're so rude. I was helping my mother in law doing some deposit and when I was at the drive thru, no one even said a welcome greet or goodbye have a good day. It was quiet the whole time from start to end. Very unprofessional!

  Mr Glen is the best banker in the whole wide world. I go to this bank only because Mr Glen provides excellent customer service and takes care our entire family. Thank you for your help Mr Glen.

  When you make a withdrawal or deposit at the bank on a savings account, the stub doesn't have the account balance on it. I would suggest they include the balance because if you go below a minimum balance, you get charged a fee. If you want the balance, need to ask... Just include balance on sheet please

  Miserable bankers the girl in window on my left ...hair slick back and real big.. NEVER SMILES EVER ...miscounted and didn't give my correct change..I even laughed and tried to make them laugh but didn't crack a smile at all... I have a commercial account there and I just opened it I switched from Whitney Bank because of the same thing and this Bank isn't any better with customer service that customer service sucks so if I were you I would not open an account at this Bank I'm thinking about switching to Regions, they are very polite and smile and ask how I am doing..when a Multimillion dollar company puts their money in your bank Customer service is very important.. You might want to reprimand your employees on courtesy, manners, awesome customer service because all of your big black girls that work in their are VERY RUDE AND JUST PLAIN UGLY ATTITUDES!!!!
