  First year filing with company! I’m only giving 3 golden stars due to my taxes were filed on 2/25/19 and I received 2 letters from the IRS stating that my reported income didn’t match my W-2 in which I was unaware of but luckily I was able to send over the proper documentation needed hopefully to receive my refund soon. Everyone is Nice & Professional when ever I go to the office. I look at it as human error and Not about to be negative towards this company Periodtt.

  This lady knows her taxes! I have been going to her for three years and she hits the mark on all accounts~professionalism, speed, managing your taxes for correct and timely refund, everything!   Second time going to Krissy and each time she got me the maximum refund availe with quick service. Everything was done in 1 day! I was able to email all my documents so there wasn’t even a wait in office. Very satisfied!
