  The Lender for my loan has been the absolute best! Was very detailed and explained the process of my loan and documents needed. I must say, he was very professional, patient, pleasant and on point. He made this process so less stressful for me! I would recommend Geneva Financial to anyone.

  Jimmy and Felicia were the best loan officer I have ever used. I highly recommend them as my home purchase was not typical and they weathered the storm with me. We closed today and now we once again homeowner’s. God bless Jimmy and Felicia at Geneva Financail I will definitely use them again.

  Everyone gave me the spill of a stressful process this would be....but I must say my experience with Geneva Financial (Duncanville) was seamless. I had no stressors as Jimmy explained everything and was very knowledgeable. They were a God Sent for a first time homebuyer. Today Was A Great One!

  After searching for programs that help veterans, we came across home for heroes. We decided to apply for the program, we were informed we had to use Geneva Financial as our lender. We got pre approval and started looking for our forever home. We found that home turned in all the paperwork to the lender, he informed us our closing costs would be around 11k. What a sticker shock to us as we didn’t ask for any help from the seller, as we didn’t know that was an option. It has taken the lender 5 days to get us that closing estimate. We contacted another lender that has programs available to help with closing costs and in half a day, he got us the estimate of closing costs. It was about $7600 in costs and with the program we will not have to pay anything or at least very little.I DO NOT RECOMMEND them at all. Maybe others will have a better experience than us.
