  Erika was the best.... After having a long day I came in and seen Erika and she changed me and my husband world around. She was very helpful and friendly and not to mention her customer service was AMAZING. She was very patient had great conversations with Erika she made us feel if we were denied or approved our day couldn't get ruined after our experience with Erika.   I usually don’t leave reviews but when the customer service is beyond expectations I have to say something about it the manager of this location Erica cares about every client that walks through that door and their situation if I’m ever in need they are there for me if I’m having a hard time they are there for me they do everything they can to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible and they help you every step of the way if you’re having issues I highly highly recommend this location Erica and Joanna are very very friendly and really do everything they can to get you a loan. And if you’re having troubles they figure out the best solution to help you out if they had 20 stars I would give it to this place thanks for the amazing Customer service Erica and Joanna you both are amazing
