  Haven't used a payday loan in a long time. I called in and Sam Gregorio was patient to help with my loan. His team members help him with the paperwork while he was explained everything to me. They can even let you know your approval before coming in!!! Most def will come here again if I need it. THANK YOU KOSTER'S CASH LOAN

  Always an amazing experience at this kosters on Maryland Pkwy & Desert Inn. Madeleine has helped on all my loans and has been awesome every time, amazing customer service. Kosters has helped me through some tough times. I’m extremely grateful. I highly recommend. Ask for Madeleine.

  Sam and the staff at the Maryland pkwys and Desert Inn store is the only loan company that I go too Because the service that they give me and my family is excellent.we won’t go anywhere else and I will recommend my coworkers. Thank you for all you do Sam and staff.

  BEWARE!!! I had to get a loan from them 8 years ago for $200 I tried to contact them to pay it and they kept transferring me to different agent's. They never reached out to me and took me to court to garnish. They are now charging me $1000 In fees for a $200 loan. I called and spoke to their corporate office and when I asked them about this and if they could tell me how they attempted to contact me that had no evidence that they even tried to do so. Times are hard people but seriously do NOT trust them. They will scam you.

  Loan process was simple. I was able to do everything online and via email which was a plus for me... Kim was sweet, very nice and helpful would definitely recommend.
