  Kody is a true professional. I'm not easily amazed, but Kody wowed me with his level of service, his depth of knowledge, and his customer-first approach. Over the course of three months, he answered calls all hours of the day, ran numbers for dozens of different scenarios, and took time to educate me about all sorts of mortgage and real estate issues. And he did it all happily. When you talk to Kody, you're talking to the owner of the business, so there's no waiting to go up the chain and see if the numbers actually hold. I talked to two other brokers before choosing Kody, and I never once regretted my choice to use Kody. He got me a great deal on my mortgage, and I would give him my highest recommendation.

  Kody does a great job with loans. He knows how to take care of clients, communicate clearly and consistently, and is a pleasure to work with. I have referred my family and friends to him and they have always been well taken care of. It is not every mortgage broker that works so hard on his clients behalf.
