  After 17 years of visiting Kline Volvo for routine maintenance of my 2003 S60, with many such visit watched over by Scott Muellner, I was in recently for a factory recommended safety recall (Yes, Volvo tracks its 2003 vehicles as well as its 2021 cars). I was poised at the service door when the shop opened at 7:00 a.m. Scott opened the place up and showed me to a comforting chair next to the fireplace, which radiated warmth on a chilly Minnesota morning. "We'll take care of that for you." he said, and 40 minutes later, he reappeared with the service ticket and said "Good to go." The car had been hand washed and vacuumed, even though today's visit was on the house. After many years of owning cars, I've never had a better car and never had a better working relationship that with Scott and his colleagues.

  Peter was wonderful to work with. Very helpful, informative, and patient (we had our baby with us and had to take breaks for feeding/changing etc.). The atmosphere is professional and friendly. We walked in without an appointment on a Monday afternoon and got Peter's full attention the rest of the day. We ended up leasing a XC60 and are very happy with the car and the service we received.

  I found the exact truck I was searching for at Kline Volvo, I was a little apprehensive about buying trading in Dodge and Chrysler Products at a Volvo Dealership but I drove the 35 miles to check things out anyway. I was impressed right away, my first visit was right at closing time on a Sunday and it was raining out and I still had someone come out to greet me. I was in a hurry so I came back the next day and I met John Rogers. He was SUPER helpful and was able to secure a very fair deal on my trade in and offered me additional savings on the Truck. I was very pleased at this point and then to make it the BEST DAY EVER, they secured me financing that was a whole 3 points less than I had recieved from my own bank of 15 years. On the day I came to pick it up, they had it super clean and in tip top shape. I would not hesitate to visite Kline Volvo and John Rogers for my next vehicle purchase. Great people, great dealership.....

  Mike Hendrickson made sure my service visit was as pleasant as possible and everything was handled efficiently. Since my service was expected to take a few hours and I was planning on waiting, he offered a loaner XC90 so I could run errands that I was planning on doing after my car was done being serviced. All in all, Mike really made me feel like I was valued as a Kline Volvo customer.

  I recently purchased our third Volvo from Kline of Maplewood and was very satisfied with the excellent customer interaction by the entire staff. Especially John Rogers in sales and Michaella Helgeson. Each of them delivered top ten customer interaction!

  Regarding the Service department, They are fantastic. They get the job done efficiently and in a non stressful way. Scott Muellner got me in quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it, the dealer itself is a relaxed environment. No need to get stressed about getting your Volvo serviced if you take it to Kline.

  Always a pleasure to have service at Kline Volvo. Mike Hendrickson is a great service advisor. Always easy to get an appointment that meets my needs. Time and cost estimates are always accurate. Pleasant waiting room with beverages and snacks.

  I recently had a fantastic experience working with Nathan Tufvesson. After several very frustrating experiences at another dealership, Nate turned around my whole car buying experience. Nate had the vehicle I wanted ready and waiting when I arrived and had me out on a test drive within 5 minutes. The buying process went just as smoothly as he demonstrated deep knowledge of the vehicle and options and genuine interest in getting me in the right car for my needs. I would highly recommend working with Nate yo anyone in the market for a Volvo!

  Normally courteous service but every time I bring my XC90 in for service, I ask if it will be washed and every time I pick it up, it isn't and has to be washed at that time. I don't usually mind waiting a short time, but why not wash it right after the service to save customers time? Today, when I saw my car brought around unwashed, I complained and the runner said "it'll be a while" and showed little effort to make haste and was all too happy to hand my keys back when I declined the wash so I wouldn't have to sit there. His attitude and this annoying car wash policy need to change. I come to Kline for a higher level of service than I can get at my corner garage, but now I'm reconsidering.

  My Salesperson, Peter Carlson, has always been very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful with me and my family to find and purchase the right car for us. I have bought &/or leased many cars from Kline and have always been satisfied with their service. They greet me by name and I feel at home no matter what I come in for.
