Very friendly/positive/upbeat staff, willing to explain and work through any situation, giving you that hometown service with a smile we all appreciate! Brooke Johnson has been the escrow officer for 20+ years now and is incredibly professional, experienced, and kind. I have sold real estate in Klickitat County for over 15 years with Goldendale being my home territory...and now own a brokerage in Goldendale (Dryside Property) for over 8 years now.   I don't recommend this place. The first document they created had the incorrect plot information. I received no communication from them through the process. After the sale went through we had no confirmation on funds being issued, and when I asked for an update I was referred to someone else, rather than the contact answering the question (or even a willingness to forward my email). Our sale closed three days ago and we have not received our funds, nor does my bank have record of a pending wire transfer. They also charge close to $50 to overnight a check, and $30 to wire transfer funds.

  These guys are literally the worst title company I have ever dealt with. When I first ordered my guarantee, that sent it with the wrong insured, the wrong amount and the wrong legal. That's about everything they could get wrong. I ordered on update on October 28th, apparently with someone they fired but then didn't monitor her emails. It is December 12th. Still waiting, and they are acting like I am the problem. Literally, the worst.
