  Michelle was quick to respond to my inquiry about the property. Her vast knowledge of Klickitat county and the Goldendale area are impressive. She walked me through the home buying process with ease. I was able to acquire the property within 45 days from touring it to closing on it. Impressive!

  After several failed attempts to contact a realtor to show property in this area I was given Michelle's name and number. She called back! She was friendly, extremely easy to work with and very professional. If I ever have another Real Estate need there she will be my first call and I will recommend her to others I know.

  Very disappointing in this mother daughter duo. They were listing agents for a piece of property we were Interested in. Decided to put an offer on it and the agent asked for a 90 day close due to some easements and property survey issues they were dealing with needed to close. Cash sales on bare land shouldn't take 90 days. 90 days came and went with no closing date in sight. Whenever we asked about status of outstanding issues, they could rarely offer a clear updates. They instead reminded continuously us, not so nicely, that the sellers were spending alot of money selling the property. (As if that was our issue?) They did not know about property tax laws had changed in 2014 until we had a meeting with the tax assessor about the existing timber deferral. When the survey discovered an huge encroachment on to the property by the neighbor, they refused to solve it, instead told us to negotiate a solution, which we couldn't do as buyers. Finally, they refused to renegotiate an extension addendum with the seller, instead pleading with us 3 days past the closing date to just sign it as is because it's easier on the seller. They let the deal expire and are refusing to refund our earnest money. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

  Completely inaccurate. seller agreed to obtain an easement & survey for the buyer, which they were told could take months! An extension was sent to the buyer & seller. Buyer refused to sign. Instead wanted to blackmail the seller by demanding seller pays them $ each day beyond closing or they wouldn't sign it. Deal was set to close with escrow trying to contact buyer to sign & they refused. We don't hold Earnest money. It is held with escrow & with the proper paperwork it will be refunded. They have not submitted the proper documents. Buyer failed to perform.

  Joyce and Michelle, sold our property with no hitches, they were friendly and completely up front with our needs and made sure all i’s were dotted and T’s crossed. Super happy with these ladies. Only reason for 4 stars would be cause they didn’t do it for free LOL. 🤣🤣
