  Great Pawn Shop...had a horrible experience with Cash 4 You ,next to car quest on Smithville Hwy, never going back to that JOKE of a Business...offered me $60 for my Rifle I was pawning...KK's gave me more than double, their employees actually talked to me too,unlike the other store...in Summary...just start off with KK's. If I could give 10 stars I would. Outstanding Customer Service, 10/10

  Good guys and ladies working in here. Fair and honest. They will try to help you out if you really do need the help instead of trying to get over on you like most pawn shops would. Zakk explained everything pretty well and talked me into taking a loan instead of outright selling my stuff to him and gave me double the price that the other shops in town had offered. Will definitely be coming back again in the future

  I spoke spoke with a guy at the Mcminnville KKs who was very helpful intransferring to the Manchester KKs, bc it's much closer to me, the exact gun model I had been looking for a long time. I just went, the next day, and bought it with no problems. I highly recommend dealing with this company.

  Old, short, long-haired man at counter was extremely rude, had no customer service whatsoever. Woman was rude too. If you want to be spoken down to this is the place to go. Horrible experience. Will never be back.

  We reached out several times to the original customer whom had a complaint but had no luck in contacting them. The person that made this post was not present at the store during the transaction. The issue was the customer did not like the price we quoted on his item that he wanted to sell us. We try to please everyone; however, we do not always agree on price when buying or selling. Please see our other positive reviews and disregard this one.

  I went in today to get a start on some Christmas shopping and Jessica was such a huge help! She went above and beyond to see that I was taken care of. I definitely will be doing more business there and telling people just how wonderful they are! Thanks Jessica!!

  These dudes are the best I bought a xbox one about 6 months ago and the controller didn't work so I took back the next day they didnt have another 1 on at the time so they took my name and number and told me they would call me well I been busy and didn't get by there till yesterday and they lucky remembered and hooked me up with a controller go to them for any of ur needs
