  Online update, can not even use it. Wth are you folks thinking?! You continue to make banking with you difficult. Are you trying to make folks change banks?! Didnt even make sure it worked before disabling the old app...which freaking worked well! Currently looking for a new bank. Once again, machines down. Time to find another bank. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. Bring in person tellers back.. These video teller machines are often down! Bring back your in person tellers. They are faster than your machines plus when one of only 2 machines are operating its obviously slower. Service suffers. Your people are great but the machines are not!! I have enjoyed using this location until you switched to video tellers. They, the ladies at the window, were the only reason I haven't had direct deposit for my pay check. They were pleasant and personal for me to deal with. I knew I could count on them if I needed anything, including when my account got hacked and emptied. These video teller machines have a disconnected feel to them. If anyone is talking in the area it can be difficult to hear the video teller, and I'm not going to be hugging up on the machine so I can hear. So much for a home town touch. Not particularly happy with the machines.

  Cannot transfer into another credit union’s account. Is it even legal to call this place a federal credit union then? Either way, waste of time being that I need a credit union WITH ALL of the services that are normally provided.

  Just spent 15 minutes in front of one of your automatic teller machines and still didn’t get anyone if these things don’t work how is anyone supposed to do a transaction? This is not the first time. Thinking very seriously about refinancing my car just so I don’t have to deal with these machines

  I do like this bank there great to me. The other two stars are the lack of ATMs in McMinnville, tn, and the surrounding area. We need more ATMs we had some example Walgreens, shell station, etc. I live on the opposite side of town as the mall is. Now I have to pay a bunch of atm fees due to there isn't any now. Please help so I can give the other two stars that y'all deserve.

  I have been banking with this bank for 16 years. I was there at 1:02 today and they couldn’t deposit my check when my bank account is in the negative. They sent the check by mail so I had to wait on the mailman. I know the close at 1 but 2 minutes someone could take one minute out of there day and deposit my check so my kids could eat this weekend. How heartless can you really be.

  Great service! Fantastic electronic banking. Extremely competitive and priced right. Tellers are on top of professional quality service. They are the reason I do not use banks anymore.

  My personal banking is my own business, however I will say I treasure the personal banking service in mcminnville. I do have to be desperate to use the video tellers. No matter how you warm up TV dinners they're still TV dinners. Atm transactions are not connecting me with personal service. It's about profitability. That's all well and good so long as all that profitably is allocated not retained at the top 4 percent of earners.

  Everyone there is just plain rude, they act like you're a bother to them. It's as if they think you're the luckiest person in the world to have an account with them and you should be grateful that they even talk to you. My mom was thinking of opening an account there and I've already warned her away from them, now I'm going to tell everyone I can to pick somewhere else.

  Been with Ascends for years now. Have had multiple car loans and a line of credit loan with no issues. I even opened saving accounts for my under aged kids. Would highly recommend!

  I have 2 accounts and they still will not help me setup my online banking I have followed the instructions that came with the accounts and it doesn't work they need to remember I can take my accounts to another bank and other banks around here are friendlier and helpful
