  Everyone is nice EXCEPT FOR TODAY, THERE IS A GUY WITH LONG HAIR WHO REFUSED TO HELP US. IDK IF HE HASNT FINISHED TRAINING AND WAS UNSURE. BUT I GET CASH ADVANCES OFF MY DEBIT CARD ALL THE TIME. HE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REFUSED EVERY REQUEST WE ASKED STATING AS OF YESTERDAY MORNING HE GOT AN EMAIL THAT THEY ONLY DO FLEX LOANS. HE IS BAD FOR BUSINESS. I HAD TO GO TO THE NEXT TOWN TO GET MY MONEY OFF MY CARD AT AN ADVANCE FINANCIAL AND HAD NO PROBLEM!

  Danielle was so great. Came in to cash my check left being approved for a loan. Was a simple process and very quick and easy.

  Wish I could give it zero stars because they don't deserve one. My husband renewed his loan from this place and was given a fake one hundred dollar bill. It wasn't caught until we went to the bank with it and they ran it through a machine. Took it back to the same girl who tried to convince us it was real, told her it wasn't, she wouldn't trade it for another hundred dollar bill even though she said it was real. She said a customer brought it in and then a few minutes later changed her story to say that the bank brought it in and her manager approved it. So it looks like this girl took a fake one hundred and passed it on to us to avoid getting in trouble. We called the cops and filed a report but regardless we are out $100 and after calling their customer support we are expected to pay it back fully. AVOID THIS PLACE. Totally not worth it.
