  I have had many home mortgages over the past 40 years but have never experienced the attention to detail and thorough loan processing experience as I recently had with Brittany Black of Kismet Lending. I have a personal asset protection plan that shelters my assets but makes it difficult to prove my credit worthiness. Kismet was able to capitalize on my assets in a way that other mortgage brokers could not, and did so with an instant understanding of my asset protection plan and how to work within its limits. I had preliminary approval within two weeks of my call to Kismet The Kismet team is unique in its philosophy that there is more to a business than just making a profit. They practice what they preach, and I greatly appreciate that aspect of their business model. I expect that you will have an equally positive experience.

  We recently refinanced our house with Brittany Black and her team. This was THE BEST experience that we've ever had. The initial phone call was short and simple....make sure and do this! Once we decided to move forward, the communication and responsive was top notch. I highly recommend them!!
