  Margo Brown set me up an appointment up with Tanner this morning to set up an account. I wasn’t happy at first when I learned there would be a hold on the funds from the cashiers check and thought the credit union I banked at would expedite this. After a very frustrating experience at the credit union I quickly returned and Tanner had it all set up quickly. Most important they were quick and prompt to work with. I felt valued!

  Pleasant experience here every time I drop off a check to my landlord each month. Even though I'm not a customer, they treat me with respect and are very pleasant. The exact opposite of my experience with Zions Bank, so I will be looking to switch to Key Bank when possible. Thank you Oswaldo.

  I had a credit card open and a checking account they took the negative money and merged it with my account and told me I did it. Now my rent is late and I can't afford food. I would have been fine paying the minimum balance like I had been doing 2 times monthly but they said it was my fault. I'm closing my account and recommending no one use this as your bank unless you are fine getting told multiple stories and losing money cause your bank can't keep it together.

  I had some deposits to make yesterday, and like the last 3 previous times, excellent service!! They took the time needed to handle my several transactions and were very nice! I also love the music they play on their sound system. Songs I haven't heard in awhile...I now have a more diverse playlist! Lol! If you want a calmer, less hectic experience, I recommend this location! Love going here over a few of the others.

  I opened my first "dino savings" account at Key Bank, which was a mistake. I have blacklisted Key Bank and will never do business with them. Key Bank reported inaccurate information about me and an account that I didn't even have. This delayed and almost prevented my first car loan because of their error. Key Bank had to compose a letter to state they reported the information inaccurately and send it to the bank I was getting the loan with.

  Been doing business with Key for years. Love the business banker (Gary) and Manager (Chris) they always treats us well and even when trying to sell additional products, gives the feeling of having our companies best interest at hand.
