  There are so many aspects to working with Kinta that make me recommend her to everyone I know. She is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Starting out, I did not know much about the financial process of buying a home. This wasn't at all a problem because throughout the process she took the time to educate me on exactly what my options were and what decisions I was making. When it came to paperwork, we had to submit the things that were essential, but she didn't get unnecessarily in the weeds with anything. My builder was very difficult to work with and Kinta fought for me as the buyer in ways that I am sure other lenders do not. She is always available for a phone call and responds to emails and texts almost immediately.
