      We have used this Realtor for many years and never had a problem, but since the COVID-19 pandemic we have had nothing but silence from this place. We have tried to get our refund back since the beginning of June and they will not respond to emails or phone calls. We are from Ontario Canada and cannot cross the Canadian US border to attend our vacation in the later part of August. They have now rebooked the cottage we were intended to have and still have our money. Not professional what so ever. It's such a shame as we will never use them again.
