  KINECTA CREDIT UNION @ Woodland Hills Branch as always is very helpful to my needs. Special mention to Janaka and Johanna who helped me facilitate and processed my CAR LOAN… they helped me materialize my dream car! They made it as easy as 1 2 3! with their excellent service true indeed at KINECTA - banking done different! KINECTA is lucky to have Janaka and Johanna…. Very professional and friendly!   This is for the KFCU website... horrible experience. Especially once you let customer service know how disappointed you are with the service of the CU only to then have to reset your password on a frequent basis ever since. In all my IT years of experience... then again it's just a coincidence I'm sure.

  It has taken me a while to write this review since I am new to this. A few weeks ago I visited the branch and I was very pleased with the attention I received. I was not aware that I needed an appointment. I explained my circumstances to Edwin the assistant manager and he was very helpful. He went out of his way to explain to me all of my options and scheduled the next available appointment. Edwin was very knowledgeable and kind. At my age and during these times kindness and patience is exactly what I need. Thank you Edwin for all your help. You are great. I recommend Kinecta Credit Union Bank to all my friends.

  Worst customer service!, I'm so dissatisfied with this office. My father recently died and had a loan with this horrible company that has zero sympathy for a family that's grieving. I was told that they couldn't help after I provided them with confirmation of payment and other documents for justification. They stated "it's our policy, and would have to be handled by someone else". This branch obviously does not care about/handle their due diligence to help people with a good standing.

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INSTITUTION!!!! They have horrible customer service and ridiculously long hold times on checks deposited from known sources. I've spent a total of about 8 hours on hold this week trying to get things resolved. They simply don't care and said I was welcome to take my business elsewhere. I WILL.

  Ms. Amanda Fernandez did an amazing job getting my used car loan approved in a matter of a few hours. Amanda was very professional, courteous, and helpful in making sure my loan was funded the same day. Thanks a lot Amanda, keep up the good work.

  Amanda has been great in every way! Always says hi when I come in. Remembers Clients Names, Attentive, Professional and a Pleasure dealing with her! Goes above and beyond to help me! Cant thank her enough!

  I wish I could do all my banking there. Since I live in Santa Rosa Valley, I do my banking over the phone. My support there is Cora. She is helpful, courteous and intelligent. A pleasure to work with all these years!

  Great place to bank! Cora and Bart are the best. Also when go to the tellers they are very friendly! Bankers help me get the best for my money.
