  Jessica was absolutely amazing in helping me to navigate refinancing my car! It was great to be able to go in and meet her in person as well. She took care of it all so quickly. I was so happy with my experience that I referred her to my brother and she helped him refinance his car the next day.

  Although I have always received excellent service from the Westlake branch of Kinecta, I just want to say that I received truly outstanding service from Edwin today at that branch. I had a problem that IT and online service was not resolving and Edwin took all necessary time needed to resolve the issue. Thank you again Edwin.

  I want to take the time to say thank you to my favorite bank in the Valley. I have been a customer for over ten years, and I have to say that during these unprecedented times your bank truly shines. Your staff is so friendly and extremely patient. The leadership at this bank is empathizing to my needs. I recently opened an account for my children and the process was easy and fast. Edwin was very helpful and answered all my questions with ease and accuracy, made me feel confident in my decisions. Keep up the great work!!

  Delbert McFarlane at the Westlake Village, CA Kinecta Branch was an absolute rockstar from start to finish with my auto loan. As soon as I sat down with him for our initial meeting I knew I was in good hands. He took his time to explain and even help educate me through the process since it was my first time buying a car. Having been signed to BofA when purchasing my vehicle I couldn't wait to switch to a credit union and truly be seen. I couldn't be happier with refinancing my auto loan with Kinecta and a huge part of that was having Delbert as my guardian angel through the process. He responded to every email and worry I had while reassuring me that he can keep an eye on my application every step of the way. I'll continue to recommend Kinecta because of my experience.   Excellent customer service! Opening an account was super easy and quick. I love that I was able to obtain my debit card the same day instead of having to wait 5-7 business days like other banks make you wait. Thanks again Selena! You are awesome! Keep up the great work!

  I went to open a bank account and the staff their were very helpful. Maria shared with me how they were able to help me save money and get me out of debt faster with a new credit card and a balance transfer. I really appreciated the attention I received while I was there! I strongly encourage you to visit this branch and become a member!!

  Edwin and the team surpassed what I expected from any bank I have ever done business with. I was not familiar with the process of obtaining credit, however, the team informed me with all I needed to know. Being a college student I found it very informative and helpful to my college experience. I would most certainly recommend this branch to any one of my friends or family!

  I was looking for a bank and ended up in this credit union who helped me out a lot. As a young adult, I had questions regarding to credit.   I was looking for a new bank and I was recommended to come to Kinecta. I was so impress with the service and they were able to help me out. I will never go back to regular bank anymore. Credit union is the way to go. Johanna and the team were super helpful. If your looking for a credit union, Kinecta is the way to go.
